Below are some tips on what to expect once you arrive on site.

Badge Pick-Up:
Badge Pick-up for the PPAI Expo will be at the registration desk, located on the Registration floor MBCC.
Industry Presenters – Please make sure you have registered for the PPAI Expo and then pickup your badge in the level 1, lobby registration area prior to your presentation.
Professional Presenters – PPAI will arrange for you to have a name badge. Please pick-up your badge in the Presenter Ready Room during the posted hours listed below. However, please note the tradeshow is a closed event and only individuals that qualify per the terms of attendance are allowed access to the show floor.
Presenter Ribbons – Speaker ribbons are available in the Presenter Ready Room. Wear them proudly!

Presenters must check in at the Professional Development Office four hours before their scheduled presentation. If your presentation is early in the morning, please check in the day before. This will allow time to prepare, rehearse and review your presentation.
Presentation:
Please arrive at your session meeting room at least 30 minutes before the start of your session. Take time to familiarize yourself with the setup at the lectern. A lectern microphone will be provided in each meeting room. Speak directly into the microphone in a normal voice and do not handle the microphone while speaking. There should be a comfortable distance between your mouth and the microphone. If you turn away from the microphone, the audience may not hear your voice.
Introductions:
PPAI does not arrange for introductions. If you want an introduction, please ask a friend registered for the event or one of the attendees to read your instruction.
